Help Forbid Players To Enter A Specific Zone

Hi i would like to know if it is possible to forbid players to teleport or walk through some towns!! lets say that i want to lock for some period some zones through java ( Dont tell me to put trees around the entrances )

yes. declare them as no port zones like worldboss zones...you can look up baiums script there should be some parts you can use since all players are teleportet back to town when they dont have a specific item and try enter his room
