Help How Can I Edit L2 Icon.utx File?

Hi, friend. Currently, I faced trouble when I tried to edit the icon.utx file. I tried to use icon.utx editor that I

downloaded from the internet. However, after the loading rate reached 100%, it just stopped and nothing happened. I supposed it didn't match with the icon.utx file. I wonder if there is other tool which is good for

editing the icon.utx file? Currently, I am using hive five, lindivior clients. Thanks.

umodel only exports, if he wants to edit the content currently inside he has to decrypt the file and open with unreal runtime
