Remove the word fully. Interlude/H5 Packs are 90% crap, they just seems to work on basic stuff

Yeap, but he probably don't want to give more than 100-200€ .. so i really doubt that NCsoft will make a contract with him .. :P

i believe the price for Ertheia files currently costs about few k euro atleast, and since you cant scam such files then u can dream about them, i believe if you gather some money for l2j they would start it xD

A few ks? They were offering god retail files for almost 100k euros, so for Ertheia expect something similar. You just cannot buy it, you may rent it if someone offers it
