Help Create Custom Item

well, i want to create a custom item that you do 2 clicks and extract.

But, my problem its that

 

Effect restoration only extract 1 item

Effect restoration_random extract 1 item form some items

 

I really need to extract some 10 items all chance 100% not only 1

 

i have this:

but only give me 1 item and i need to give all
