Nop, they are not only for web. The one you just linked, is for site since it's poor, lol .. When you enable geodata your ram usage will be ~1g or even more. You got the point :D

4GB is kinda low. Like 6GB would be fine (you set 4G to GS and it's enough).

depended on the server's pack always.

Count os and other program (if any) ram usage. Then add geodata and see how much left from 4G, then think about your online target.. What more to say, dont waste players time with another one day shit server :D
