So about a week ago i had this idea of better server management, all in one tool.

 

I started coding a C# applications. Here is the v0.1.0 ALPHA build.

 

 

What this application can do?

• Run in both windows and linux (Via MONO).
• Run your login server and game server with smart management (arguements, memory, other parameters).
• Pick the JRE you want to run your server at.
• Stop/kill the processes one by one.
• Login your database without any software line Navicat, without setting passwords and usernames as they are auto picked.
• Edit any database value and add more if you want to.
• Change any config all in one small tab with smart value picking and setting.

 

What the release version will be able to do?

• Any player interaction like add item in real time, kick, ban or anything else requested.
• Restart server, schedule restart, shutdown.
• Trigger save or all info.
• TODO

 

This is just a preview. Also i won't share the sources but the binary file. This will be for acis ONLY.

 

What i ask from you is to tell me more ideas to implement in it and give me your opinion for the project until now.

 

PS: No it does not use telnet and it won't use.

The idea is absolutely awesome, a bit more cleaner in the design and well it will be really nice

You could also add , an id library in order to find skills, items, etc.

Thats the purpose of the TODO tab. It will be xml searching and editing.

 

Nice to see that people actually like it. I have to think a bit on the license under it will get released but before i release the v1.0 i wanna be satisfied with what this has to offer until now

Good times. I now have an efficient way for interacting with the server in real time.

 

So many things will be added after this. It can actually lead to a remote server control app for iOS or Android

Think of the best way that this could communicate with the server and then you're there. Also i can communicate with the server via an android app i made so there is that too.
