interlude Effects On Map ( Interlude )

Hello , does anyone know how can i place some effects on my map ? like a rotating black hole or something.. And if i manage to do this , will it make the envinronment near it laggy?

Make "Plane" in 3ds max, unwrap, then make black hole animation sequence, after that open Unreal Editor and make shader, then apply to "plane", and save. after that use L2smr to place "plane" in game.

or make plane like NPC :)

since i am a newbie in map editing can you tell me how can i import it in smr and then in game? i mean my only thought is that i can create it in 3d max and then place the usx in the staticmesh folder and tehn copy that from there...but don't i need any sort of encryption or smth?  and if possible tell me about map "lag" that this feature may cause. thanks in advance deMEV
