Anyway, in my point of view, FIFA is a corrupted organization and so the World Cup is a fixed tournament. Who would be the winner? I'd guess Brazil. Who would be at the finals? Brazil v Argentina. .

Actually there are some rumors that Spain lost their qualification because Fifa asked it and in return they will host WC 2026. Obviously it's only a conspiracy theory but is probably one of the reasons Xavi refused to play :P

Well, Brazil got the World Cup the following season and also got the host of the World Cup for the next decade as it was rumored back in 1998!
