well simple just unpack L2Font-e.utx and modify logos from there, import all into UnrealEditor making with same name Package and import all dds or tga textures into L2Font-e, after do it just save the package it, when this is finished saved just with l2encdec you need encrypt UTX via command prompt, typing this:

 

l2encdec -e 121 L2Font-e.utx

 

after you do it you got a new file called enc-L2Font-e.utx, just rename to L2Font-e.utx and paste into systextures of your client, thats all have fun.

don't forget to place an alpha channel if your image has a transparent background and if you don't make a new one and export the already existing one be carefull to place mipmaps as they were because even i do not know why if you don't place them as they were or generate the new right ones then your image will not have good analysis
