Request 3D Modeling.

Hi , i'm looking for some guides in order to create a 3d model (an npc or a monster) from zero.

That means that i must make everything from zero. Post any suggestions below thanks.

If you don't know about 3D in general, consider to start from basic/theory first.
Whatever software is ok and there are plenty of tutorials on the web, just try google about your program of choice.

Well , i'm not interested in lineage for that , but i've decided to start from lineage cause i know some things about Lineage II Client Moding.

I guess it will be easier like that.

Οπως ειπα , δεν θα τα κανω για το lineage απλα επειδη ξερω καποια πραγματα απο client development θα ειναι πιο ευκολο να μαθω με βαση το lineage.

Συμφωνω με τον BlackDevilDev, επισης μπορεις να χρησιμοποιησεις Mudbox(

), Blender για 3D modeling(ειναι πολυ διασημο με τεραστιο support, example) και μετα μπορεις να τα κανεις import στο Unity3D.

Απο εκει και περα εαν θελεις motion,physics, κτλπ μπορεις να γραψεις δικο σου κωδικα σε javascript/c#/python για τα handlers + ετοιμο import blender animation.

Αλλο game engine που μπορεις να πειραματιστεις ειναι το UnrealEngine.

Υ.Σ. Για να κανεις ΚΑΛΑ μοντελα με ΚΑΛΗ αναλυση, χρειαζεσαι πολυ καλο pc για να κανει γρηγορα το rendering, με χαλια pc μπορει να σου παρει και μερα για να κανεις render ενα μοντελο.

Για αρχη θα πειραματιστω σε ενα και μονο μοντελο , οποτε δεν πιστευω να εχω θεμα.

Εξαλλου το pc μου καλα αντεχει μεχρι τωρα. ;)
