Have the dedicated's that hosted on Europe any difference from the dedicated's that hosted on Russia??

Will it have any affect to Europe players if the server hosted on Russia??

nope its same!!! i had Hosted Svr in Russia And European players played without any problem!!!

the only problem you may have is the ping... European players may have high ping when many people will join on your server! ;)
