[Help] Website Swf Background

First of all, i didnt know where to post this, because there's not a specific section for website questions/help, so, here it is.

Well, my question is, how do i put a SWF as a background?

 

Here's the background i want: http://las.leagueoflegends.com/sites/default/files/upload/backgrounds/animated/bg-yasuo_9.swf

And well, i dont know how to place it on my website.

If someone could give me a hand with this, i'll appreciate it.

 

Btw, if you could help me via Skype, it would be great.

You have much ways.... with .css and html, search on google couse you will find much!

I heard that you cant use a swf as a background on css, but i'll check it again.
