you don't really need global gk , gm shop? - you have A grade in luxury , buffer - since it's a low rate the adventurer's guide is enough ( maybe it could give from 6 till 75 )

I promise that server will got the best protection arround be sure about that , more suggestion please i think server will be mid rate :)

As you can see, he sayd, that he want to open h5 mid rate, because is most popular atm. And there is no point to open low rate, because soon aweria will be up.

I am using special firewall auto detect ip's attacking i can block his attack in 10 second

I prefer playing a High Five server with rates 10x 15x 20x (Mid one)  no donations for vesper items, no donation for GCM like I saw on many servers this unbalance the server really fast and ppls dont like this.

 

Lets we say donation for Nobless, Max Level, Change Name-Class, double rates ( Premium Account ) if you put ever donation for GCM let them be high price like 5 euro for 2-3 GCMs... you can put also on donations Soul Crystals up to 16 level, no more.

 

Instance zones for party: Freya 9 ppls , Tezza 9 Ppls.... this is really interesting and its bringing balance between big clans and normal players..

 

Balanced classes, like in every server gladiators are making imba damage... almost impossible to kill them after month or so...

 

Thats my suggestions for now. I hope you will get interest on this project and do a good advertisment for a week or so.

High five low rate would be awesome, Craft mode on, Class quests on, Buff manager off Plus i would suggest to have 2 clients max limit for buffs/chants etc... About rates i would recommend x5 XP x5 SP x10 drop, The enchant rates could be: Safe +4 Max +16 Normal scroll Chance: 60% Blessed Scroll Chance could be 70-75% and crystal(If Will be available) could be 80%(Dropable Item from RBs)
