Hello MxC!

i want a programm or an online tool that, you can change your web ip address

 

I Tried:

Tor BrowseR = that when i go to vote to hopzone craches only in hopzone i tried it and from difference pc

Anonymox = ths is an add'on firefox but, yesterday was ok i voted in all sites and i took the reward but today i tried and look:

P.S: and also i dont want to restart my router to change my ip

You can simply use VPN Network (Virtual Private Network) and you can have IP's from all over the world you can choose.

But its not free.

You have a conflict with another program installed, it had this too, i had to uninstall all my other browsers, install xD browser and then install what i had before.
