Why This Happens?

As you'll see to the screenshot bellow, i reply to a server topic and as tag shows me HighFive

 

How is this possible? Can you fix it? Also to the topic where i reply shows Interlude tag not HighFive... Only to the index of the forum i see this.....

This server has as a [prefix] IL but when as last post on this topic is shows [prefix] H5
