I still don't understand the process of just getting these codes... Are there some black markets or what? :D

They are rare codes that will not come on store again.

(I think k9 will come but not sure,or atleat it were )

Yeah but HOW do someone get them? Do you buy them from someone else, do you search for them on abandoned islands in South Pacific, do you get them as a quest reward for saving the worlds from alien invasion or how?
