Yea we dont have schools&places to threat the illness people and we need shelters for dogs? Plus that they are to many and they're attacking people .

A four years old kiddo died cause of the lovely dogs.As i said our country has to focus on the priorities first and after we fullfil to provide the humans all the needs we can do others such as shelters for dogs & etc.
