Well as you already heard a lot of times , navigation menu is too big ..

Also you need to work a lot at bg , cause droping 2 renders in a empty page is not a render.

Main box looks quite normal i can say .. Also there are too empty spaces in your design.

You need to watch more guides and tuts.

This is one of those designs that everyone do when they start so don't feel bad.Just start a new design and try to improve your skills try to make smaller buttons fill the design with more content dont leave it so empty
