You cant low your FPS, if you meant your PING and you want to lower it, it will have to with your internet.

If you have wireless internet , that's why you lag , but if you have cable who connected with your PC give u more speed & better ping.

Do not download while playing,use cable internet instead or make sure your wifi password is safe and private.

*Long cable means long delays,short cable means that the router is close to you,so use your wireless connection.Cut the crap please :)
