Question

Hello guys !

I have a problem with the Connection. My friends can not connect to the server. I tried everything.

# This is transmitted to the clients connecting from an external network, so it has to be a public IP or resolvable hostname
ExternalHostname = ?

# This is transmitted to the client from the same network, so it has to be a local IP or resolvable hostname
InternalHostname = ?

# Bind ip of the LoginServer, use * to bind on all available IPs
LoginserverHostname = *
LoginserverPort = 2106

# The address on which login will listen for GameServers, use * to bind on all available IPs
LoginHostname = *

# The port on which login will listen for GameServers
LoginPort = 9014

# Bind ip of the gameserver, use * to bind on all available IPs
GameserverHostname = *
GameserverPort = 7777

# This is transmitted to the clients connecting from an external network, so it has to be a public IP or resolvable hostname
# If this ip is resolvable by Login just leave *
ExternalHostname = *

# This is transmitted to the client from the same network, so it has to be a local IP or resolvable hostname
# If this ip is resolvable by Login just leave *
InternalHostname = *

# The Loginserver host and port
LoginPort = 9014
LoginHost =

So, I use a DNS ( cupulamare.servegame.com , because everytime I restart my computer, my IP changes )

MyIPAddress : 79.112.99.135

How do I put these so my friends can connect ?

I sent them l2.ini with address : cupulamare.servegame.com

I am lost, please help me !

They can't even login :|

Thank you in advance !

ExternalHostname = cupulamare.servergame.com

That's how should look your externalhostname in order they can connect.

If u have rooter, open the 7777 an 2106 ports.

Also u need to have DUC program (the no-ip one) opened.

Check firewall, try disable it and see what happens if they can or not.

If all these are connect, they would connect.

It's aCis' . No ipconfig.xml ( that was very easy )

So what about disabling firewall? Because i have faced such a problem in the past.

Also did you open login and gs ports?

I've already answered you on acis forums.

If you're using a home computer you have to port forward your ports, 2106 and 7777.

Then use as internal your local ip or 127.0.0.1 and as external the "*.servegame.com"

If you can't configure your IPs you're not capable for making a server.

Nice one. Thanks.

It was the firewall. I managed to do it. I always had problems because of my ISP provider.

And about forwarding ports, as I told you, I am not using router.
