Need psc to paypal exchange (not in euros)

Hello guys, so here is my problem... I have 2 psc codes, 1 of 14 euros, and 1 of 7 euros... Problem is they are not in euros, but in other currency.. So if someone could exchange it to paypal it would be nice.. Trusted members only..
