[Interlude][Event] Blessing of Experience

Hello again!

First of all, thanks you all for comment my last post, that inspired me to continue sharing stuff :)

I really like reading your messages guys, it makes me feel like i did right haha.

Well, less talk and more codes.

 


Blessing of Experience


 

Introduction:

Today i bring you an event for Interlude, called "Blessing of Experience". Do you know the event from Gracia Final, Epilogue, Freya, High Five called "Gift of Vitality"?, well, in Interlude we dont have vitality, but we can make experience boosts, so, here it is.

It works the same way as the Gift of Vitality does.

 

Description:

    • Configurable script.

    • Configurable experience boost.

    • Editable NPC.

    • Buff duration 2 hours.

    • When you switch sub classes/die, the buff is removed.

    • Custom buff icon/description/effect.

Installation steps:

  1- Install the core patch.

  2- Paste the NPC and Skill xml on each corresponding file.

  3- Go to: gameserver/data/scripts and create a folder called "events" and paste the event folder with the script there. The directory will be like: gameserver/data/scripts/events/BlessingOfExperience

  4- Put this line: events/BlessingOfExperience/BlessingOfExperience.java in the file: scripts.cfg.

  5- Install the client patch with L2Fileedit.

Simple and useful, nice job dude, btw for L2JFrozen users, you will have to adapt this to python, since frozen's dp doesn't support java, or does it?

 

Or just create a new NPC class.
