normal players can make +16 with crystal scrolls. not even one donator with +20 on server. just sayin'

Can someone tell me,what is the difference between normal and improved boss jewel?

As i remember, improved boss jewel are sold in the auction NPC (Item Broker) with a fixed enchant value which should be +5 and also you are not able to enchant them.

 

However, improved boss jewel are different from the blessed one.

pvp weaps  like fist and dagger are uber OP(as you know many tanks on pvp servers use them)each hit  cancels  buff,so in oly youl get full canceled in 10sec
