unsupportedcharsetexception

I have this problem when I launch registergameserver:

 

java.nio.charset.UnsupportedCharsetException: ISO-8859-1

 

 

OS: Win7

L2 Patch: H5

 

 

I can say you that i try to launch the server from another pc and it works, then I think is a problem locked to this pc...how can I resolve it?

Perhaps, there is something wrong with Java.

Server launches normally in another pc after all, and  ISO-8859-1 should be a valid charset.

Installing a newer Java version would probably do.
