Problem with sql

I tried to install a hellbound pack in a server machine running windows 2003...

The problem is that when i tried to install the database (mysql) it said that it don't recognise the files...

Any idea ?? is it windows fault ??? should i install windows xp ( in xp at my home same server works fine)
