Err i dont think theres such thing as phx for c4, so im guessin ur outta luck? I think earliest is IL u can use phx, but its patched in almost all servers, sorry bud cant help u here...

if you want it for l2elite you have to know that at l2elite nothing hacking program working!! i try then all. all 100% don't work so you spend your time

most of that for c6 (interlude)

c4 servers are well protected, anyway u should try the "bake ice bypasser" on bots section, it should work :)
