γεια σας θα ηθελα να ρωτησω για κοιλιακους. εχω αρχισει γυμναστικη για κοιλιακους παλι  και θα ηθελα να ρωτησω αμα καποιος εχει να μ δωσει ενα προγραμμα διατροφης το οποιο θα πρεπει να κανω για καλη γραμμωση.

αν εχει καποιος και μπορει να μ το δωσει χιλια ευχαριστω :)

Εδώ δε θα βρεις κάτι το ιδιαίτερο, καλύτερα να ψάξεις σε bodybuilding forums για διατροφή γράμμωσης.

 

Γενικά πάντως για γράμμωση απέφευγε τους πολλούς υδατάνθρακες, τα τηγανιτά, πίνε πολύ νερό, και ψάξε στο google για τροφές που καίνε λίπος (κάποια φρούτα & ξηροί καρποί).Επίσης, μη ξεχνάς να κάνεις αερόβια γυμναστική, κυρίως μετά τα βάρη (αν κάνεις).

Για να θέλει κοιλιακούς λογικά θα πηγαίνει γυμναστήριο, λίγο δύσκολο στο σπίτι γιατί τα όργανα είναι ακριβά. Κι εφόσον πάει σε γυμναστήριο θα δει guide από το internet; Γιατί να μην ρωτήσει τον γυμναστή που είναι εκεί μια και καλή;

 

w/e, σε λίγο θα θέλετε να κατουρήσετε και θα ψάχνετε στο ιντερνετ, το μόνο πράγμα που σου χρησιμεύει το ιντερνετ αν θες να κάνεις "σώμα", είναι οι κρεατίνες και τα 1002 ακόμα που παίρνουν οι τρόμπες, για να τις παραγγείλεις.
