I need some help to take the castles cloaks from Goddess of Destruction client.

cloaks texture has same Festival texture but light wing has AdditionalEffect.dat don't have in Hi5

What kind of help do you want ?, the thing you'r talking about is complicated  one, it  is effects adoptation,

Any complex job  take time, so it should be payed as well.
