You should wipe server,re-open as normal l2 with all c1/c2/c3/c4/c5/interlude zones/main towns. Put some special ( like 1-2) instances to farm and everything will be ok. Now people dont wanna play there because they are bored of 1 respawn spot and 1 farm zone. Lineage 2 is something more that just 2 closed areas :)

 

Hope you will think about that. Server would be perfect then :)
