very good tutorial when I first looked at it seemed to me very hard but now we have succeeded really Thanks.

Whenever I am about to capture using my fraps my game lags pretty much. I am recording full-size and I have tried setting 25,30, 50, 60 + fps but still, during the record my fps go down like on 1-5 fps. Don't you know what shall I do?
