[L2OFF] L2Nostalgia low/mid rate

There has not been a C5 [OFF] server in years until now. We have been working hard at L2Nostalgia developing our C5 extender, scripts, AI and more. It is finally time to let people know about us! Full C5 OFF is whats coming, Clan system, pagans, Frintezza everything is complete and working, not to mention excellent client protection. Bots do not work.

 

Platform and Protection

 

Platform - C5 Official (Our Own Extender)

Bot protection - Full client protection. No bots work.

Dual Box - Max 2 allowed through client protection. (this is always a hot topic and we have decided to allow people to box with a Max of 2 meaning your main +1, anything more is blocked by the client protection.

Location - East Coast (Montreal). This location was chosen for its excellent routing to North America and Europe/UK.

 

Rates (might change before the official opening - still in development)

 

XP - 25x

SP - 25x

Adena - 25x

Drop - 25x (chance)

Spoil - 20x (chance)

Quest - 20x (chance)

Epic Drops - (to be determined)

 

Class Quests

1rst Class - Free

2nd Class - Free

3rd Class - Buyable for adena

Noble - (To be determined)

Sub-Class - (To be determined)

 

Epics

All epics set to 4 hour spawn window to reduce camp times. Example Baium spawns every 5 days +- 4 hours.

 

Oly Time (To be determined)

 

Added Features

 

C5 Clan System - Finished and working 100%

Offline Buffshops - Players with buffer/support classes can set prices for buffs and have a offline buffshop. (in development)

Pagans - (In development)

 

Hardware

 

CPU - E3 1245 4 cores @ 3.4Ghz

RAM - 32GB ECC 3

Hard Drive - 2x 128GB Intel 330 SSD (Solid State Drive) Completely eliminates the IO bottleneck so many OFF servers have issues with. Overall performance will be faster and there will never be any type of item lag.

Connection - Dedicated 100mb burstable to 1gbit/sec

 

Server is still in development, so you might have an impact on what's going to happen with it.

what about exploits, bugs , dupes, things such that? should i enter and test them all? ^.^

 

We would love to have you try them all in CB :) We have created our own extender for this project and are confident we have patched all the exploits/bugs but the more testing the better.

For those of you interested in helping with Closed beta try and be active either on our IRC or forums. We will be inviting those that we think are interested in L2Nostalgia and helping us test. CB has not started yet and won't for at least a few weeks.

I wish this server the best. If everything will working and they'll run server in beginning of spring that they can make big community, because some people will be bored of CZG, some of them will QQ. Probably one of the best project at this time! Keep it up!

I mean there are a few other servers opening in the next few weeks / months, but no C5 and I was craving for a good c5 server for a long time (something pre-Interlude at least)

So far I have been surprised bt the amount of interest in lower rates. Overall the response towards C5 is amazing and so it is shaping up to be a big server. *knocks on wood*
