I've never seen such mod. But you don't need it since the GM is just answering petitions.

The so called GM -friends- panel.

It is widely used to do other stuff than GM like chaning stats, classes, skills, exp, etc.

Yes, there is a GM panel that you get by hitting Alt-G when logged into the game with builder status. Thing is it is only a few basic commands and not much else. There is not admin panel, GM shop panel, etc in L2OFF as everything is command line (chat) based.

The alt-g  i know it :) but i thought is one with more comands :) but thx:P

Nope. L2OFF is completely different from L2J when it comes to GM access. There are no interface windows to use, everything is a typed command in the chat box; //summon [item ID] [amount], //teleportto [playername], etc.

anyway L2OFF H5 have improved retail admin panel (alt+g)
