ofc it has to do with luck

my first oe yaksa was +9  and didn't brake and i said heh that's easy then I broked at +10

after that to get yaksa+7 broked 10 yaksa

Nice but the chance depends on every enchant.If u have 100 +19 Arcana maces you wont have only 0.10% enchanted to +20( thats mean that Ill have only 1 +20 ) ,if from those 100 I have 10 the chance is 1%.
