the Rason is that magicians do not have the same cast of others serverpack skilles taking over 5k SIGEN mages casting speed with a reuse delay. in another server being removed, I have 12 k casting and reuse delay is as if you had 5 k.

 

PD: the delay reuse never diminishes

casting have 5k and 50k same as having casting.

Why ppl do such posts NOWADAYS (you're the third in like 2 weeks btw), it exists since Gracia (like... 3-4y ago ?).

 

Play on retail perhaps before opening a godamn server ? Read some patch notes ?
