Bishop: High-Rate (Best Setup)?

I am looking for some information on what is the best setup to use for Bishop on High Rate(Dagger Server)

 

1. Best Armor (Light or robe)? 

2. Best Dyes?

3. Sub-Class Certificates

4. Weapon (Foundation)

5. Augments?

6. Bugs / Exploits to increase PDEF or Help make hard to kill.

7. Raid Boss Jewels to use?  (Server has Warlord/DB Stuns alot)

 

Any information would be great!
