[Question] How to load images from server side?

I have a question:

 

How to load images/textures into html tag <img=...> in npc response. Not from client side, but form server side.

Who can help me? :D

yes if your connection is 1mbit upload it will slow down a bit for sure but you wont have problem in dedicated servers, if server send the image once image will automatically load to memory of the remote client, and wont send it again and again and again, it will send it again if they close client and reopen it
