a guy with name marco silva selling one account 30 lvl with all heros , 8 rune pages , and 75 + skins for low price , he will let you the account for few hours and then he will recall the account using the code numbers from psc ... Do not trust him , already did this for me..

Username of account is StormElf , name of account is also Storm Elf and he probably give you a password like foda1234 , after you pay him , he will send email to riot tha he lost account info , he will give the needed info and he will take his account back , and ofc he will keep the money
