Hope that they will not late.I got a lot of champions that i dont play anymore.

I don't think that you can refund all your champions/skins. And if there is an option in shop I think that you will can refund 3 champions/skins and then you will have to pay some RP to refund again since this is an "one time exception" as the Riot support says.
