As for me - i am always try enchant multiple weapons, because at practice i feel really more chance for example get succes from 1 of some weapons, may be i am wrong and this Korean random not depends of the number weapons u enchant, but anyway - this is my style ^^

first option is better if u no have much money, but if u're rich second option is better. u have chance to make more weapons enchanted

another way to succes enchant is stay in the same place always when u enchant ur weapon. in my case its work:-)
