It depends .. Kassa is stronger (I think so) , but Anivia is more fun to play .. I prefer Kassa but you can go to PBE and test them..

kassadin is still banned even at 1500 elo.dunno why

Anivia owned ...Mid lane .but kassa is very op ....but sure kassadin all time baned on Ranked so better buy Anivia
