Yes, it's too darken on sides and too bright in center. You should edit it more... About effects, they're good. But your text isn't really visible.

I have to agree with the rest, it's kinda too darken and bright in other parts. Also, you could change a little bit the fonts.

Basically, you can improve with brush tool. I mean the dark spots.
