I want a vote reward like l2world.org or l2age.com

The vote reward system works like this:

 

1- You go to the server website, for example www.l2age.com

2- You must vote in all the top sites banners

3- In game you type ".getreward" and obtain a random reward

And i would like to know who solt the vote reward to him and for how much $$.

You send me all the scripts of the vote reward or do something like the Nexus event engine? who sends you a part of the engine and the other part is controlled by them
