You see results when you are thin like you :P

How do you know I'm thin? ;o

 

Well, thats how my body is, I never worked out except working hard as fuck for a couple summers, this year I had an office job.

 

Whatever I do I can't get fat, you can't even imagine what I eat everyday.

Then don't do constant working out 5/7, your muscles will feel painful as fu­ck. Start with 3 days a week and then increase it when you think you're ready for more.

go to a doctor like i did.

 

dafuq

unless you work 1 group of muscles per day, is too much 5 days a week for a beginer

 

1.day back

2.day chest/shoulder

3.day leg/abdomen

4.day biceps/triceps

5.day cardio

y u take supplements?

 

not yet i wait for surgery in my thyroid so i can gain wait naturally, when its done i going to use normal gainers for 1-2moths just so i get used to it and than creatin.

if y u has no idea what supplements are you should consult a trainer, im not saying you do something bad to your body, you may spend much money for nothing. Most of the people do.
