First I would like to mention my thoughts about the first one

Awesome compo,nice blending but u lack of depth plus that it is a bit empty.It reminds me a sprite style

 

You black and whit maybe it needs some more contrast

I agree, i dont feel the distance between the stars/planet and the main focus, i have to admit i like the theme/colours and text a lot, good work :3

I like it... Maybe if you use more galaxy effects will be better..

It looks okay, i like that feeling of the first one. Not a fan of b/w stuff.

Your blending is good, though like finalgod said, u lack some depth in it. KIU
