Race with most base P.atk? You have to only compare STR and you find a winner. (DE and Kamael - both 41 str)

also tyrant with bison totem when its goes 60% hp it goes up with power attack

DE have the most str... some people think its orcs but its not

Destros P.Atk is very high only in frenzy/zealot.

Indeed, DElf Phantom Summoner has the best p.atk
