Ducking

Hi i need a little help, i see other people using duck and they walking fast and silence, so i wanted to ask if someone know how to duck please explain me :-\

1.Are we talking about WAR3FT server.

2.Do you mean crouch?

3.If you mean crouch it works the same way like the bhop but its more easier to be used.

1.Start Counter Strike.

2.Click on option's than Keyboard.

3.When you find the "duck" bind it with MWHEELDOWN. (that's the scroll button on your mouse)

4.Find a server and non stop press MWHEELDOWN, after that you will notice youre ducking like 1-5 times but you aren't making noise. However this is banable offense in tournaments such as 5vs5 game and etc.
