There are way to many IL servers around... unless you'll make smthng unique in some way it will fail like many others...

make it unique - thats the suggestion, favourite town, max debuff etc arent that important :)

Here are some suggestion's

If you make the server high rate you have to put easy farm

if you put easy farm you have to put alot of item's to let them have fun

if you put alot of "custom" item's there will be unbalance

if you have unabalance the server will fail and everyone will "CRY" at you

if everyone start cry at you you will start have headake

if you start have headake you will close the server try fix it

if you try fix it and you fail you will start think SH!T why ??

if you start think "SH!T why??" you will recreate the server with different name

and

if you recreate the server with different name you will suffer again the same think's

 

WHAT'S THE POINT ?? : DONT OPEN SERVER WITHOUT MONEY FOR OFFICIAL FILE'S AND HOST SERVER
