I think you have to talk with steam for your problem.If you banned using a cheat then I think you have to make a video and send them...Certainly you have to convince them that you didn't deserved the ban.

 

If anyone knows something more.Then Post it.

The only way to unban your account is talking to them... just send an e-mail containing what you did.
