Can u tell me how can i config so buffers like bd and wind rider etc can buff themselves only?

Also i want tank's agro to land 100% is it possible?

Wind rider? I think you mean sword singer? Anyway, go to skills folder, find ID and change <set name="target" val="TARGET_PARTY"/> to <set name="target" val="TARGET_SELF"/>

Aggro is based on power of the skill, when you aggro it registers yourself in the aggro table of the mob, when the amount of aggro is superior then the mob aggro you.

 

If you want the mob aggro you everytime, up the value to one you're sure it can't be "beat". I must add aggro formula based on skills and damages are using level of the player.
