Dual Blow ;)

Dual Blow and Rush skills can be nerfed so they are not going to be abused like in most of the servers, but whats the main problem of the olympiad? new stadions or something else? coz i can change it, main goal is to make server that most of the ppl would like, not stick to the official changes
